How to Use Tony Moly Wonder Ceramide Mocchi Toner Based on Skin Concerns:

Normal Skin:
Apply toner with a cotton pad after cleansing to remove impurities, pat until absorbed, then continue with your skincare routine.
Dry/Dehydrated Skin:
Use the 7 Skin Method by patting toner into the skin with bare hands. Repeat 7 times, then follow with your skincare routine.
Very Dry or Combination Skin:
