Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $10.50 flat rate for orders under $60 or free for orders over $60. Please contact info@aubeautybazaar.com for large orders.
- Express Shipping: $15.50 flat rate for orders under $130, or free for orders over $130. Please contact info@aubeautybazaar.com for large orders.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
General Information
- All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
- Delivery times may vary due to sale periods, public holidays, or extreme weather events.
- We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available during business hours. If no one is present, the parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid any inconvenience. We are not liable for incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, a $20 return and redelivery fee will apply.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Authority to Leave
- You may authorise delivery by signature by contacting info@aubeautybazaar.com before you place your order; otherwise, the order will be shipped as 'authority to leave' by default or require a signature, based on the total amount at our discretion.
- Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if the courier shows "delivered" status.
Returns and Refunds
- We offer returns within 90 days of receipt, but the products must be UNOPENED / UNUSED. Any used or opened products are not eligible for return.
- Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
