At AU Beauty Bazaar, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic and beauty products. We offer a 90-day return window for all items, whether defective or not, as long as the items meet the conditions outlined below.
Please note: All claims for refunds, returns, or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receiving your order. We encourage you to check your order promptly upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 90 days of delivery if:
- The items are defective upon receipt.
- The items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (non-defective).
- Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Defective Items
If you receive a product with defective contents (excluding damage to the outer packaging), please follow the steps below:

- Provide Evidence: Include photos of the defective items to help us assess the issue.
Return Process
For both defective and non-defective items:
- Contact Us: Email info@aubeautybazaar.com within 90 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of its approval or rejection.

- Customer Responsibility: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items:
- For defective items, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
- For non-defective items, a refund will be issued minus any applicable restocking fee if stated.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
We may also, from time to time, charge restocking and inspection fees depending on the situation. Restocking fees range from $15 to $35, and inspection fees are a flat $35.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective products. We regret that we cannot accommodate exchanges for any other reason.

All items (defective or non-defective) are eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges only if the request is made within 90 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims made after this period.
Non-Returnable Items
