Centellian24

Centellian24 is the derma-cosmetic brand of Dongkook Pharmaceutical, a long-established Korean pharmaceutical company. The brand and its flagship Madeca Cream launched together in 2015, and the cream celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025.

The brand's signature ingredient is TECA, short for Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica, a purified active extracted from centella. Dongkook refines and extracts TECA in-house using its own processing systems, building on around 50 years of research into plant-based ingredients. Centella, the raw material, grows in regions such as Madagascar.

Madeca Cream is positioned as a total anti-ageing cream, and the family has grown into eight versions, including Madeca Cream Time Reverse, Madeca Cream Hydra 3X Formula, Madeca Cream Power Boosting Formula and Madeca Cream Tight Lifting. Dongkook reported that Madeca Cream passed 73 million units sold by March 2025. The wider range now includes PDRN creams, a lifting eye cream, a wrinkle stick and the Mela Capture brightening line.
