Isehan

Isehan's history stretches back to 1825, when it was founded in Edo, the old name for Tokyo, as a beni shop called Iseya Han'emon. Beni is a traditional red pigment made from safflower, used for lip colour. The Isehan Group celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2025.
