TOCOBO is operated by Picton Co., Ltd., a Korean company founded in 2021 and led by Lee Byung-hoon. Before Picton, Lee was involved with the beauty brands Huxley and Nordmason, and he launched TOCOBO as a vegan beauty brand with its own distinct identity.
