Dear, Klairs is part of Wishcompany, a Korean beauty and content company in Seoul. The Klairs line began around 2009 and was acquired by Wishcompany in 2012; the company counts 2010 as the start of the Dear, Klairs brand. Wishcompany also runs the cross-border beauty platform Wishtrend, launched in 2011.
