This dual-action formula balances oil production while delivering intense hydration without stickiness. Enhanced with ceramides AP and NP to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent moisture loss, plus sodium hyaluronate and betaine for additional soothing benefits. Perfect for achieving glass skin, this gentle toner provides both immediate hydration and long-term brightening results for all skin types.
