PURITO SEOUL Wonder Releaf Centella Toner Unscented is an upgraded version of Centella Green Level Calming Toner, this pH-balanced toner is formulated without essentials oils, witch hazel or alcohol. It contains 10% cica extract and panthenol to calm skin and sodium hyaluronate to effectively lock in moisture. This version is mini-sized.
