Daeng Gi Meo Ri Medicinal Herb Hair Color (Black) 120g

Daeng Gi Meo Ri Medicinal Herb Hair Color in Black is a permanent, two-part hair colour cream from the Korean herbal hair care brand Daeng Gi Meo Ri, designed to cover grey hair. The brand describes the formula as free from ammonia and PPD (p-phenylenediamine), and it is blended with herbal extracts and hydrolysed proteins to help care for hair during colouring.

Please note: this is an oxidative (permanent) hair dye. Although it is PPD-free, the colourant contains other dye agents, including toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, and the developer contains hydrogen peroxide, so allergic reactions are still possible. Check the full ingredient list on the pack before use.

How to use

1. Carry out a skin allergy test 48 hours before every use, even if you have used hair dye before. Mix a small amount of colourant and developer as directed, apply a coin-sized amount to clean skin on the inner arm or behind the ear, let it dry and leave it for 48 hours. If redness, itching, swelling, blistering or irritation appears, wash it off and do not colour your hair.
2. Wear the gloves provided and work in a well-ventilated area. Do not wet or wash your hair before colouring.
3. Immediately before use, mix the colourant and developer well in a 1:1 ratio and apply evenly throughout the hair. Adjust the amount to suit your hair length and thickness.
4. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, wash with shampoo and rinse well with warm water.
5. Discard any leftover mixture straight away. Do not store mixed product in a closed container.

For head hair only. Do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes. Avoid contact with eyes; if the product gets in the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Always read and follow the full instructions and warnings on the pack.
