TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion Name: AU Beauty Bazaar Monthly VIP Raffle
Promoter: AU Beauty Bazaar, Concord NSW Australia
Eligibility:
• Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over
• Employees of AU Beauty Bazaar and their immediate families are not eligible
• One automatic entry per order of $130 AUD or more (excluding shipping)
• Orders must be completed and paid in full during the calendar month
• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not eligible
Entry Period:
• Entries accepted from 12:00am AEDT on the 1st day of each month to 11:59pm AEDT on the last day of each month
• Draw conducted within 48 hours of month end
How to Enter:
• Purchase Entry: Place an order of $130 AUD or more on aubeautybazaar.com during the entry period. Entry is automatic.
• Free Entry: Send an email to hello@aubeautybazaar.com with subject "Monthly Raffle Entry" including your full name and email address. Limit one free entry per person per month.
Prizes:
• 1st Prize: $1,000 AU Beauty Bazaar store credit (Shopify gift card)
• 2nd-6th Prize: $100 AU Beauty Bazaar store credit each (Shopify gift cards)
• Total prize pool: $1,500 AUD
• Store credit valid for 12 months from date of issue
• Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• No change will be given if credit is not used in full
Winner Selection:
• Winners selected by random draw using Random.org
• Draw conducted by AU Beauty Bazaar staff
• Winners notified by email within 48 hours of draw
• Winners announced on AU Beauty Bazaar Instagram (first name and suburb only)
• Winners must respond within 7 days or prize will be forfeited and redrawn
Prize Delivery:
• Store credit issued
• Delivered within 7 days of winner confirmation
Privacy:
• Personal information collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Information used only for raffle administration and winner notification
• Winners consent to their first name and suburb being published
General:
• This is a game of chance, not skill
• Promoter's decision is final
• No correspondence will be entered into
• Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion with notice
Liability:
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from the promotion
